1. All orders are subject to inventory on-hand.
   
2. Back orders will be shipped freight collect except when shipping eligible program.
   
3. All items priced at current catalog prices at the time of shipment.
   
4. Payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date on approved credit.
   
5. Free freight on $3500 total net order. Or free freight on $2000 per 1 standard 40"x48" pallet, meaning that everything that fits on a 40"x48" standard pallet to limited areas. (Excluding big equipment that will not fit to a pallet require extra freight) Minimum order $500 or handling fee $10 per order.
   
6. No returned merchandise will be accepted after 14 days upon receiving merchandise. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid freight.
   
7. Prices quoted are FOB. GSW INC warehouse in San Gabriel, California.
   
8. Damage goods or shortages must be reported within 7 days upon receiving merchandise.
   
9. Case prices are for items sold in full case only.
   
10. Due to GSW INC constant products improvement, prices are subject to change without notice.
    
11. GSW INC will not be responsible for improper installation, mishandling etc. Except for manufacture's defective.
